FORT WORTH, Texas (MAY 7, 2025) – Last Sunday’s Würth 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY NASCAR Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway dominated the TV motorsports landscape while going head-to-head against Formula 1 and IndyCar.

The May 4 Würth 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY drew 2.56 million viewers on FS1, outperforming the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix (2.1 million viewers on ABC) and IndyCar (914,000 viewers on FOX). The Cinco de Mayo Weekend event topped all sporting events for the week across the FOX family of networks.

Fantastic weather, planning, execution and a track surface coming into its own all came together to produce an amazing Cinco de Mayo race weekend at Texas Motor Speedway,” said Texas Motor Speedway Executive Vice President & General Manager Mark Faber. “We had a packed house of race fans from across the country and around the globe, plus millions more watching on television.

“Jimmie Johnson called Texas Motor Speedway a ‘Treacherous Track’ last year and, along with the drivers, it delivered a little something for everyone: side-by-side racing; a little chaos; and a third-of-a-second margin of victory in overtime. The Würth 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY was everything our team worked so hard for this past year, and we’re receiving great feedback from our fans that this race and the overall experience was exactly what they wanted.”
