By purchasing a ticket to attend an event and/or purchasing a camping or RV spot and/or entering onto the property of Texas Motor Speedway, LLC or any of its affiliated companies (collectively “Speedway”): (a) each person consents and provides permission to allow Speedway to photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce his or her name, image, likeness and/or voice, and use the same in perpetuity for any purpose including advertising without requiring any payment; and (b) each parent of a minor child and each guardian of an incompetent person consents and provides permission to allow Speedway to photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce such child’s or ward’s name, image, likeness and/or voice, and use the same in perpetuity for any purpose including advertising without requiring any payment.

Because tickets are digital, there will be no Will Call. You can download your tickets on the Texas Motor Speedway app. If you have questions or concerns about your tickets upon arrival, our ticket agents at Gate 4 will be available for assistance.

The resale of Texas Motor Speedway admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the premises, which includes grounds and surrounding parking areas. You can, however, resell your tickets on Ticketmaster by opening your race tickets on the TMS app and pressing the "Sell" button.

Ticket agents will be available at Texas Motor Speedway’s Gate 4 on the front stretch.

TRACK RULES

Each ticketed grandstand guest is allowed to bring one soft-sided cooler (maximum size - 14” x 14” x 14”). Food and drink (no glass) are allowed in the grandstands.

Each fan is allowed to bring (1) soft-sided cooler (14”x14”x14”) and (1) additional bag (18”x18”x14”) through the entry gate. A maximum of two bags per person.  

You may bring a number of things with you, including: food and drinks (in a soft sided cooler no larger than 14"x14"x14"), seat cushions (no armrests), binoculars, scanners and cameras (must fit in bag no larger than 18"x18"x14"). 

Weapons, firearms or fireworks, Illegal substances or items restricted by local, state and federal laws; glass bottles; Confederate flags (anywhere on property); drones; wagons, dollies, or strollers; ladders; umbrellas; skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades; any items which pose a safety hazard or can diminish the enjoyment of the event for other guests.

Golf carts, ATVs, dirt bikes and other unlicensed personal vehicles may not be operated on TMS property. Skateboards are prohibited as well.

Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands/suites; including e-cigarettes, vapor cigarettes & illegal drugs of any kind.

Smoking is permitted on the concourse in designated areas.

Due to its location near Fort Worth Alliance Airport, flying a drone or unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited on Texas Motor Speedway property unless previously approved in writing by Texas Motor Speedway.

Only certified service animals are allowed in the grandstands. 

Cameras with detachable lenses 5" or less are allowed. All items must be in a bag no larger than 18"x18"x14".

RACEDAY

In the event of an EMERGENCY please call 911. Please locate the nearest speedway security representative or customer service representative to assist you. If it’s not an emergency, you can text the Genesys Fan Text Line at 817-215-8510.

Our Race Weekend Schedule will help you decide what you'd like to see. Plan to arrive at least two hours before the start of the race to locate your seats and take advantage of all the non-racing activities and pre-race events around the speedway.

Please have your digital tickets (and parking if you have it) ready for scanning upon driving onto the speedway property. Once you are parked, head toward the western side of the speedway to enjoy the Fan Zone before heading through the gate. Each fan is allowed to bring (1) soft-sided cooler (14”x14”x14”) and (1) additional bag (18”x18”x14”) through the entry gate. Glass and weapons of any kind are prohibited. All items subject to search.

Most parking is free at Texas Motor Speedway during major events.

Yes, we have trams that drop off at speedway gates, in the Express parking lot, and in the WinStar World Casino & Resort Lone Star Circle campground. The tram map is available in our facility maps. Free golf cart shuttles travel the property throughout major event weekends beginning 1 hour prior to gates opening until 1 hour after the checkered flag of the last race. To locate fan assistance golf cart, go to an Information Booth on the Fan Zone or flag one down. They have a blue canopy. 

Handicap parking is located at the front of the VIP lots on the western side of the speedway. It can be viewed on our Facility Map.

Yes! There will be a Fan Zone operating during major race weekends between Gates 2 and 7.

Yes, there will be cashless merchandise haulers and souvenir stands in the Fan Zone between Gates 2 and 7. There will also be souvenir stands on the speedway concourse once you get through the gate.

Yes, a variety of concessions will be sold at our cashless concession stands on the concourse. A select few vendors will also be selling in the Fan Zone.

All transactions are cashless and will require a debit or credit card. There are no ATMs available.

Scanners are available for rent online only through Racing Electronics. Walk-up rentals will NOT be available. Scanners will not be available for the race weekend.

Absolutely! We encourage it both before and after the races.

Yes. All Unreserved camping is sold on-site, and Reserved campgrounds can be purchased “day of” as long as there is availability. All camping is cashless.

Yes, restrooms and showers are open in all campgrounds at Texas Motor Speedway.

Only pets for seeing impaired guests or for other ADA purposes are allowed into the speedway. Pets are permitted in camping areas, but must remain there.

No Limits Grille will be open during select hours as well as a general concessions stand in the South Paddock.
