Be sure to download the Texas Motor Speedway app for information on policies, ticketing and event schedules. 

Your tickets are available for download on the Texas Motor Speedway app. Click to learn how to access your mobile tickets.

You can call our ticket office at 817-215-8500 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday or buy online. 

Because tickets are digital, there will be no Will Call. You can download your tickets on the Texas Motor Speedway app. If you have questions or concerns about your tickets upon arrival, our ticket agents at Gate 4 will be available for assistance.

If you have credit, please call the ticket office at 817-215-8500 to discuss your options and to decide how you’d like to apply that.

The resale of Texas Motor Speedway admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the premises, which includes grounds and surrounding parking areas. You can, however, resell your tickets on Ticketmaster by opening your race tickets on the TMS app and pressing the "Sell" button.

Ticket agents will be available at Texas Motor Speedway’s Gate 4 on the front stretch.

Fans that wish to exit and re-enter the event must first scan out their ticket with a ticket staff member at the front gates prior to exiting. Upon re-entry, fans will enter the event as they did previously by going through security and scanning their ticket.

Seat cushions must be smaller than 18 inches wide and contain no metal pieces or components. 

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is not permitted in any grandstand at TMS. Smoking is permitted in specific smoking areas.

Yes! Sunscreen and sunblock are permitted. 

Pre-packaged food and beverage items in bags or soft sided coolers are permitted in the grandstands. 

Glass containers are prohibited. 

  • Foam or hard-sided coolers regardless of size
  • Umbrellas
  • Glass or ceramic containers of any kind
  • Animals (Unless service animal)
  • Any Firearm
  • Laser Pointers, noise makers and air horns
  • Knives longer than 3" in length when closed or longer than 6" in length when open
  • Seat cushions with armrests
  • Collapsible chairs
  • Frisbees, balloons, beach balls or any other projectile
  • Displays of the confederate flag or any other offensive displays
  • Fireworks
  • Dry Ice
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Aerosol cans (with the exception of sunscreen, sun block, hand sanitizer and bug spray
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Tripods and monopods
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Wagons
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones
  • Skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates and bicycles

NASCAR EVENTS ONLY

  • A maximum of two bags per person permitted through admission gates that do not exceed 18"x18"x14" in size.

  • Soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 14"x14"x14" are permitted.

  • A combination of any of these items will be permitted with the exception of one soft-sided cooler per guest.

  • No glass is permitted at any time.

  • Cooling tip - freeze plastic water bottles before arrival to store in your bag or soft-sided cooler.

Cameras with detachable lenses 5" or less are allowed. All items must be in a bag no larger than 18"x18"x14".

Only certified service animals are allowed in the grandstands.

In the event of an EMERGENCY please call 911. Please locate the nearest speedway security representative or customer service representative to assist you. If it’s not an emergency, you can text the Fan Text Line at 217-867-3267

Our race weekend schedule will help you decide what you'd like to see. Plan to arrive at least two hours before the start of the race to locate your seats and take advantage of all the non-racing activities and pre-race events around the speedway!

Most parking is free at Texas Motor Speedway during major events.

Yes, we have trams that drop off at speedway gates, in the Express parking lot, and in the WinStar World Casino & Resort Lone Star Circle campground. The tram map is available in our facility maps. Free golf cart shuttles travel the property throughout major event weekends beginning 1 hour prior to gates opening until 1 hour after the checkered flag of the last race. To locate fan assistance golf cart, go to an Information Booth on the Fan Zone or flag one down. They have a blue canopy. 

Handicap parking is located at the front of the VIP lots on the western side of the speedway. It can be viewed on our Facility Map.

Fans with a track pass and infield camping will be allowed in the infield. Track passes are only available for Sunday's race day!

Yes! There will be an amazing Fan Zone operating during major race weekends between Gates 2 and 7.

Yes, there will be cashless merchandise haulers and souvenir stands in the Fan Zone between Gates 2 and 7. There will also be souvenir stands on the speedway concourse once you get through the gate.

Yes, a variety of concessions will be sold at our cashless concession stands on the concourse. A select few vendors will also be selling in the Fan Zone.

Texas Motor Speedway is a cashless venue. There are no ATMs available.

Absolutely! We encourage it before and after the races—because who doesn't love double the fun?

Only pets for seeing impaired guests or for other ADA purposes are allowed into the speedway. Pets are permitted in camping areas, but must remain there.

589 BBQ will be open during select hours as well as a general concessions stand in the South Paddock.
