FORT WORTH, Texas (Oct. 1, 2026) – October brings plenty of action and star power to Texas Motor Speedway, headlined by the inaugural Sick New World Texas music festival on Saturday, Oct. 24. From dirt track racing and music festivals to Texas’ biggest hot rod gathering of the year, there are a variety of experiences for visitors of all ages.

Astound Business Solutions Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track Championship

More than 180 pre-registered drivers from states all across the region will battle it out across three divisions, Modified, Limited Modifieds and Factory Stocks, for the coveted American Hat Company cowboy hat and Parker County Beef Company Longhorn Skull Trophy. 33rd Summit Racing Lone Star Nationals
Oct. 2-3 | Texas Motor Speedway Infield
Goodguys, the world’s largest hot rodding association and producer of America’s Favorite Car Show, returns to the infield of Texas Motor Speedway for an action-packed 33rd Summit Racing Lone Star Nationals. More than 2,500 of the Southwest’s coolest hot rods, muscle cars, trick cars, customs and more will be on display throughout the two-day event.
Visitors will also have an opportunity to take in the NASCAR experience on the home track of the WÜRTH 400 Presented by LIQUI MOLY Cup Series race scheduled for Sunday, May 2. Team Texas will offer a ride-along experience as well as limo rides Friday through Sunday on the high-banked, 1.5-mile oval.

The love of trucks and music collide for a two-day event inside the infield of Texas Motor Speedway. Tito Double P headlines the list of artists for the biggest truck show in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Tony Stewart Bowling Tournament
Oct. 14 | Lucky Strike
NASCAR Hall of Famer Tony Stewart will partner with Speedway Children’s Charities at Texas Motor Speedway and 105.3 The Fan to help raise funds for children in need throughout Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant counties during the second annual Tony Stewart’s Bowling Tournament on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at Lucky Strike in Euless.
Four-person teams are $3,000 and include a complimentary lane sponsorship to feature a company or team logo on the digital lane signs. The package consists of two games per player, complimentary dinner and drinks, goody bags and an autographed team photo with Stewart.
Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing All-In Championship
Oct. 16-17 | Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track
Rico Abreu will look to defend his 2025 title Oct. 16-17 as the Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing All-In Championship weekend returns to the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track. Giovanni Scelzi and Aaron Reutzel, a native of Clute, Texas, will look to play spoiler as they trail Abreu in the standings by 116 and 117 points respectively.
Sick New World
Oct. 24 | Texas Motor Speedway Infield
System Of A Down and Deftones will headline an unforgettable day of rock at the inaugural Sick New World Texas music festival in the infield of Texas Motor Speedway. Joining System Of A Down and Deftones at “The Great American Speedway” will be Slayer (performing Reign in Blood), Evanescence, The Prodigy, Marilyn Manson, Knocked Loose, AFI, Ministry, Mastodon, Power Trip and more across multiple stages.

POWRi Racing
Oct. 29-31 | Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway
POWRi Racing and the NOW600 National Micros are set to take over Lil’ Texas Motor Speedway Oct. 29-31. The three-day event will feature NOW600 Non-Wing, NOW600 A-Class, NOW600 Restricted, NOW600 Jr. Sprint, Dwarf Cars, Turf Tire Micros and 600cc Modifieds.
