FORT WORTH, Texas (September 25, 2026) – The Astound Business Solutions Texas World Dirt Track Championship returns to the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track Oct. 2-3 and will feature more than 180 pre-registered drivers from states all across the region.

The state of Texas is heavily represented in the field with over 130 drivers set to compete throughout the two-day event, including North Texas locals from Bedford, Boyd, Burleson, Caddo Mills, Celina, Crandall, Ennis, Forney, Frisco, Grand View, Grapevine, Joshua, Mansfield, McKinney, Midlothian, Plano, Sachse, Sherman, Waco, Waxahachie and Wichita Falls.

A big payday awaits the winners of each division, with the Modified champion receiving $4,000 while Limited Modifieds and Factory Stocks winners will earn $2,000. The division champions also will receive the coveted American Hat Company cowboy hat and Longhorn Skull trophy. All drivers that advance and start the A-Mains will collect at least $800 in Modifieds and $500 in Limited Modifieds and Factory Stock.

Off the track, Levy Restaurants is adding a new twist to your race day appetite with a unique signature topping, “Dirt Track Dust.” Made with crushed Flamin’ Hot and regular Cheetos, mixed with chili and chipotle seasonings, this bold new flavor can be added to your favorite concession items, from nachos and hot dogs to popcorn. This new flavor is sure to satisfy your race day cravings. 

Gates open at 6 p.m. and racing begins at 7 p.m. both days.  

Grandstand tickets are available each day for $20 and can be purchased by calling 817-215-8500 or online at TexasMotorSpeedway.com. Public suite tickets are also available for $90 on Friday and $100 on Saturday. Pit passes are included with the purchase of a suite ticket.

RVs and motorhomes attached to a race car trailer will be permitted to camp in the pit area at no charge while stand-alone RVs can park north of the paved pit area adjacent to the shower building for $50.
