2021 Daytona 500 Watch-N-Win with Texas Motor Speedway Contest - Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States except legal residents of the states of California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York and who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Texas Motor Speedway, LLC (“Administrator”), Speedway Motorsports, LLC, and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this contest, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO PLAY: Beginning Monday, February 8, 2021 at 9:00am Central Standard Time (CST), potential participants can go www.TexasMotorSpeedway.com for three (3) official contest link(s) that correspond with each Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race to enter-to-win. After clicking any of the Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race contest link(s), potential entrants can opt to enter with their Facebook information or complete the required registration fields by providing a valid email, first and last name, phone number and name of the NASCAR Cup Series driver they predict will win the corresponding Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race to complete the entry form and be deemed a valid entry.

Potential participants can enter to win each of the Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race contest links until the green flag or official start of the corresponding Stage Race on Sunday, February 14, 2021 or whatever day that NASCAR deems the 2021 Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series race takes place.

Limit one valid entry per person per Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race contest link. If multiple entries are submitted for each Daytona 500 NASCAR Cup Series Stage Race contest link, the first official valid entry will be deemed the official entry. Contest winners will be selected on or about Sunday, February 14, 2021 following the completion of each Stage Race.

WINNER SELECTION: 

• All Prize Winners will be selected on or about Sunday, February 14, 2021 following the completion of each Stage Race via a random drawing from all qualified entries.
• Twenty five (25) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 1 NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the Daytona 500 race will be selected from all valid entries.
• Ten (10) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 2 NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the Daytona 500 race will be selected from all valid entries.
• Five (5) prize winners that appropriately selected the Stage 3 and overall NASCAR Cup Series winning driver from the Daytona 500 race will be selected from all valid entries.
• Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected out of all valid contest entries regardless of which stage they entered to win a randomly assigned grand prize.
• Limit one (1) prize per person. The first prize that is selected for the potential prize winner will be the prize awarded. If a potential prize winner is drawn again, they will forfeit that prize and another potential prize winner will be selected.
• To be deemed an official prize winner:
  • Each potential prize winner will be contacted at the email address provided via their valid entry on or about Sunday, February 14, 2021 following the completion of each Stage Race.
  • Each potential prize winner will be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their state issued valid driver’s license and completed W-9 within 24 hours.
  • A second attempt will be made to contact the prize winner via email, and they will again be instructed to respond to the email and are required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release along with a copy of their valid driver’s license and completed W-9 within 24 hours.
  • If any potential prize winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to return the completed paperwork within the second 24 hour time period, they will forfeit the prize.
  • If any prize winners fail to respond to the email, they forfeit their potential prize and no other potential prize winners will be selected.

Total ARV of prizes: $6,800

All prize details not specified herein shall be at Administrator’s discretion. No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All decisions of the Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Contest.

Each prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, and local.

CONDITIONS: Failure by any potential winner to return any requested documents within the specified number of days after such documents are issued, the return of such documents or any prize notification as undeliverable, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and, at the sole discretion of Administrator the selection of an alternate winner, from among all remaining eligible entries received will be chosen, time permitting. Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, including, without limitation, the prize providers, are not responsible for: printing or other errors; mechanical errors; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged entries; or any delays in delivery of prize; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with entrants’ participation in this contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prizes, or participation in prize-related activities. Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify: any entries submitted fraudulently, the entries of any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or any entrant who otherwise violates the Official Rules of the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the date of termination or suspension. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this Contest for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor without limitation, further compensation or notice. Sponsor reserves the right to share the legitimate entries with third party affiliates, vendors or partners at their sole discretion.

Subject to the laws of the State of Texas. Any and all actions or disputes regarding this offer shall be exclusively brought in the District Courts of Denton County, Texas.
