Bell, who finished second to Sauter at the end of Stage 1, scored his third segment victory of the season in the No. 4 JBL Toyota fielded by Kyle Busch Motorsports. Bell was followed across the line by Chase Briscoe in his No. 29 Cooper Standard Ford F-150.

Sauter, who qualified second in his No. 21 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado, slipped to third after winning his fourth stage of the season 40 laps earlier.

Sauter, of GMS Racing, began the night with a 52-point lead over Bell. Sauter, who has yet to finish outside the top-15 this season through six races, led a race-high 49 laps through two stages. He owns an average finish of 4.2 this year.

There are 82 laps remaining around TMS’ repaved and re-profiled 1.5-mile oval.
