Texas Motor Speedway’s modified event procedures, protocols and number of attendees will be finalized with continued guidance from public health officials, medical experts, local, state and federal officials, and in coordination with NASCAR. Protocols will include social distancing among groups of fans in the grandstands and individually in concession lines; enhanced cleaning and sanitation in high-touch, high-traffic public areas; added hand-sanitizer stations; limited guests in suites; and infield admission for race team and operation personnel only. Fans will be allowed to bring in one soft-sided clear bag no larger than 14"x14"x14" with food and beverage. Coolers will be prohibited to reduce checkpoint contact between spectators and speedway staff, and souvenirs will be sold only from concourse areas. Campground shower facilities will be closed. Speedway Motorsports and NASCAR will continue to adapt and improve procedures to ensure they are effective and can be scaled to support increasing the number of fans in the future.

Texas Motor Speedway will assign the seats with social distancing in mind and with proper spacing between each group of fans to satisfy CDC guidelines.

Texas Motor Speedway will utilize the grandstands as needed in order to best adhere to social distancing guidelines. Staff will assign seats based on group size, price and distancing requirements.

Yes! Eligible account holders who selected a 120% event credit from a previous event(s) can use that credit. Any unused credit will remain on the account (must use by end of 2021)

All tickets, parking and camping will be accessed digitally via Texas Motor Speedway's Mobile App. Texas Motor Speedway will provide information to all ticket holders on how to access these tickets on your mobile device. Traditional paper tickets or PDF tickets will not be offered.

If you purchased tickets from a third party (StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, BoxOffice.com, etc) your tickets CANNOT be exchanged by Texas Motor Speedway for the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 event day.  Please contact the third party you originally purchased the tickets from as they are responsible for a refund or credit toward your purchase.

Previously purchased tickets from Texas Motor Speedway’s Ticket Office or TicketMaster are eligible for exchange.

Coolers will NOT be permitted but guests will be allowed to bring into the facility a soft-sided CLEAR bag no larger than 14"x14"x14" with food and unopened beverages.

Texas Motor Speedway's infield will be open only to essential NASCAR personnel. There will be no pit passes, garage passes or pre-race passes offered to spectators.

Every person over 10 years of age in attendance at a Texas Motor Speedway event shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth whenever it is not feasible to maintain 6 feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household

Yes, all people entering the facility including fans, Speedway Motorsports & NASCAR personnel and vendors will have their temperature checked prior to entering the facility. 

Camping will be available on Texas Motor Speedway property at the following prices & locations:

• $100 Lone Star Circle, Non-Hookup 
• $275 - VIP, Electric & Water Only 
• Premium- Burnout Alley (Call 817-215-8510 for pricing and availability.)

Burnout Alley will open Friday, October 23, 2020 at 10 a.m.  Lone Star Circle and VIP Campgrounds will open Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 10 a.m.  All campgrounds close Monday, October 26, 2020 at 10:00 am.

The following information should be considered when purchasing a campsite:

• Shuttles to and from the campgrounds will not be offered.
• Restrooms will be available, but shower house facilities will remain closed.
• RV camping only. No tent camping spaces available.
