If your tickets are lost or stolen the tickets can be reprinted. Tickets may only be reprinted or left for the original purchaser, unless the original purchaser has authorized another person to reprint or pick up the tickets. If you would like to upgrade your tickets the original tickets must be returned to the Texas Motor Speedway ticket office and the difference in the ticket price must be paid before you can receive the new tickets. If a season or individual ticket holder is unable to attend a rained-out race (all series) on its rescheduled date, they will have the ability to redeem that ticket for a future event at equal or lesser value for up to one calendar year. Texas Motor Speedway does not offer refunds.
Texas Motor Speedway does accept outside will call at any of its gates or the Main Ticket Office. If you have tickets left for you at will call you must show a valid photo ID to pick them up. If you would like to change the name the tickets are left under call the ticket office at (817) 215-8500.
If you need to change the shipping address your tickets are sent to you can fax a copy of your photo ID and the new address you would like the tickets shipped to or send an email with the new address to ticket@texasmotorspeedway from the email address on your account.
