SPEEDWAY WORLD GIFT SHOP READY TO FULFILL THE RACE FAN’S CHRISTMAS WISH LIST

FORT WORTH, Texas (Dec. 19, 2011) – The Speedway World Gift Shop at Texas Motor Speedway doesn’t want you to forget about the NASCAR fan on your Christmas shopping list or visiting for the holidays so they will remain open Christmas Eve and throughout the remainder of the holiday season.
The Speedway World Gift Shop, located in the Texas Motor Speedway ticket office, will be open Monday-Friday (Dec. 19-23 & Dec. 26-30) from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT as well as Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Fans can purchase the latest championship merchandise of reigning NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart ranging from t-shirts and sweatshirts to decals, mugs and koozies celebrating Stewart’s historic run to his third series crown. The Speedway World also offers the latest in Texas Motor Speedway “No Limits” apparel, NASCAR driver gear, die-cast cars and more.
With the Speedway World Gift Shop offering up daily tours of Texas Motor Speedway, it makes it the ideal destination for families to enjoy an exciting outing with out-of-town guests.
The track tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at Texas Motor Speedway with stops in the luxury suites, Victory Lane, pit road and a lap around the 24-degree, high-banked corners of the speedway.
Tours are $8 for adults, $6 for senior citizens and children 12 and under are just $6. Tours begin at the top of every hour and start at the gift shop.
