The Team Penske driver was still basking in the glow of his victory as he received a Texas-sized welcome at historic Joe T. Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant in the historic Stockyards section of Fort Worth on Wednesday.

Serving as a special guest at Tuesday’s Speeding To Read championship assembly at Texas Motor Speedway, Verizon IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson had more of an appreciation than most for an elementary school educational program. As a youth, Wilson was diagnosed with dyslexia and had to battle with the learning disability in school, especially when it came to reading.
Verizon IndyCar Series drivers Scott Dixon and Justin Wilson, who took part as special guests in Texas Motor Speedway’s Speeding To Read championship assembly on Tuesday, head back to Indianapolis and focus on Sunday’s 99th running of the Indianapolis 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
