after reading coments on nascar community i guess what nascar fans want is something like this....
1.No plate races(cause they're boring) or so they say
2.ban JJ from racing and anyone else that could possibley dominate and win multiple championships in a row
3.get rid of half of the 1.5 mile tracks on the circut
4.run 20 races in 20 different states every year, and ie. dirt tracks half miles road courses
5.get rid of all three series and have one big one where you only have 25 cars per race the rest go
home
6.No trucks no COT's no new nationwide car, we go back to street cars with regular unleaded gas and street tires
7. no pit crews so that persons favorite driver wont have their race taken away from them
8.every race be 100 laps long so people will shut up bout them being too long
9.if jimmie or j.Gordon or the busch bros win let the fans disqualify them and make some else the winner that way there happy
10.get rid of the chase and let someone win the championship with 5 or 6 races to go
11.make every second sunday jr nation day and let jr win that race and his fans chunk full cans of amp at kyles car.
12. let the race winner win by 2 or 3 laps instead of 2 or 3 seconds

3.get rid of half of the 1.5 mile tracks on the circut----- Most of which are SMI tracks. SMI is who owns Texas Motor Speedway. Get rid of Cali.

There should be all sorts of GREAT tickets available next year at all of the races.
Lots of people said they would never watch NASCAR again or go to a race again, if JJ wins another championship. So - that means tickets should be available at places like Bristol.
Hmmm... shades of the Baldwin brothers threatening to move to Canada if Busch won again in 2004... My sentiments to them were - don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!
all I can say to this post is: it seemed like a good idea at the time. Your idea will go over as well as a Zeppelin did. If Jr won every race, first of all, that would be the end of ME being a NASCAR fan, but getting rid of half of the mile-and-half tracks would be the end of NASCAR.
here's a way to make it better:
Do away with the Chase. The champion should be determined throughout the course of a 36-race season, not a 10-race joke.
Do away with the yellow lines at Daytona and Talladega. Race where there's pavement. It only increases blocking and bump-drafting and causes the "big one" more
Do away with the "lucky dog" Every car one-lap down should have to earn that spot on track and not be given a gift.
Give every driver equal equipment so we know who really IS the best driver.
Loose up the rules,let them race, no 2 cars should be alike. Go to a local dirt track theres rules but not the degree of a wing.A some of the best racin there is.

not really what id wanna see not really my ideas for anything. just kinda a gag for all the people that complain about everything in nascar and never have anything positive to say about the sport or facilities. p.s. i intended to put on nascar community but i didnt feel like listening to their crap.

There's a lot about Nascar that I would change if I were in the postion to but let's face it, I'm not so complaing ain't gonna change anything, Yes there could be better racing, better points system, better everything, , it's gonna take a lot more than this to make me quit watching racing. Can you imagine back in the day when Petty or Pearson was lapping the field. That had to be boring as heck but here we are 50 years later and we all still love Nascar right or wrong.

I dont Like the Lucky Dog either..I liked when they raced back to the line at a caution, but they cut that out for the safety of the drivers..But I have learned to live with the lucky dog, because they do race for that position to GET their lap back..

I am HAPPY that Nascar DID go back to old way of pitting for the trucks ..YEAH! I dont think ANYBODY liked that double pitting business..SO glad they are going back the old way next year..AND, Trucks will get double file restarts, Never liked the lap down cars up beside the leaders..scarey!!
So Never say never...Things could change, Maybe or maybe not..But Who really knows. SOME things will never change..I think we will always have the restrictor plates..And I dont see them cutting out the lucky dog either.
But..If ya think Cup is boring...watch the Trucks..

someone told me the trucks race harder, are they boring? i've only watched a couple of them recently and they seemed pretty good, but i like kyle, maybe thats what it was lol
