All individuals with a VIP pit pass must be at least 18 years of age or older to access the pits. A pre-race pit pass will allow minors into the pits on main race day only. Please keep in mind that on race day, drivers, like all athletes, are concentrating on the task ahead and are rarely available.

No. You cannot fly or operate any unmanned aircraft, remote control plane, or anything like this on property. If you see anyone operating or attempting to operate anything like this, please notify security, the police or TMS staff.
Tickets can be picked up at the speedway’s main ticket office at all times. During event weeks tickets purchased through Texas Motor Speedway directly can be picked up either at the Main Ticket Office or Gate 5 when the gates are open. Thursdays of race week – Gate 4 only is open for Ticket Sales, Will Call, Pit Pass Redemption. To better serve our customers, we are directing Will Call pickup & Pit Pass Redemption to Gate 5 and any ticket voucher redemption to Gate 3. There will be appropriate signage. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, either online or over the phone, can be picked up at the Main Ticket Office or any staffed Ticket Booth. Credentials can be picked up at the Credential Office, which is located between the main ticket office and the dirt track. Credentials must be reserved in advance by sending a written request to: Texas Motor Speedway Credentials, P.O. Box 500, Fort Worth, Texas 76101-2500.
Texas Motor Speedway offers a AAA Texas Tram and Shuttle Service that continuously circles Lone Star Circle with several drop-off and pick-up stops. The AAA Texas Tram and Shuttle Service is free of charge.
There are golf carts marked Track Shuttles that run during major race weekends that give fans a ride anywhere on speedway property. The carts are white and have blue top canopies. This is a FREE ride for all of our fans. Fan Stop Locations are outside of Gates 3, 5 & 6, on the infield at the South Paddock Parking entrance and in the parking lot at the Credentials building.

You bet! From time to time, TMS will make opportunities available for the public to drive around the speedway in their private vehicles as a fund raiser for Speedway Children’s Charities. If you are interested in even more speed a list of driving schools that participate at TMS is located here.

Handicap Parking spaces exist on the front rows of the Express Lot, Crystal Lot Speedway Club, VIP/PSL Lot and the backstretch Dirt Track parking lot. These spaces, like most public parking areas, are for Handicap Individuals ONLY and are available on a first-come, first served basis.
Access to these areas requires a Certified Handicap Placard that is displayed prominently on the vehicle for inspection, and must be assigned to one of the occupants of the vehicle being parked.
Vehicles desiring access to the Express Lot, Crystal Lot and Speedway Club Handicap parking spaces must have the appropriate credential for entry into these areas. VIP/PSL and Dirt Track parking areas will accommodate general Handicap Parking needs when lots have been opened for public access.
Once all marked spaces have been filled, Handicap Patrons will be allowed to park anywhere within the VIP/PSL parking area in space available. Police personnel assigned to monitor marked Handicap parking areas will be issuing City Citations to those found in violation.

A variety of foods such as nachos, hamburgers and hot dogs are available at concession stands located around the speedway as well as the Hawg Heaven line of bacon-flavored food.
Official Texas Motor Speedway souvenirs as well as drivers’ souvenir stands can be found at the speedway during event time.
Beer and wine are available to purchase in the grandstand concourse during major race weekends. Texas Motor Speedway also continues its "fan friendly" policy of permitting fans to bring their own coolers with alcoholic beverages into the facility for major racing events.

Mobile medical teams patrol the speedway grounds. If in need of medical assistance, contact a speedway representative and give them the location (i.e. seat number and section) of the person in need of medical attention.
Yes. Contact a speedway security representative, and they will direct you to the lost and found, which is located at the security trailer across from the South Tunnel at the corner of Lone Star Circle and Allison Avenue during events. After an event, all lost and found items are transferred to the TMS Operations Department’s office which can be reached by calling (817) 255-6060.
Contact a TMS security representative and supply them with a description of the child such as name, age, color of hair, clothes they are wearing.
