John Wes Townley

John Wes Townley looks to compete for the Camping World Truck series title in 2013 with Red Horse Racing. John will have Zaxby's on his No. 7 Toyota has he looks to pick up his first career win in the truck series. In 2012 John ran all but one race and scored a career best finish of eighth at Pocono. He will also be racing part-time in the NASCAR Nationwide series for Venturini Motorsports.

The last time I won here at Talladega (in fall 2006), it was shortened by darkness. The car ran great (Friday). I was drafting there with John Wes Townley early and worked our way to the front. I’ve always said you win here with your crew more than anywhere you go.
