Sebastian Saavedra

Sebastian Saavedra, a native of Bogota, Columbia, made a name for himself in the Firestone Indy Lights Series before making the move to the IZOD IndyCar Series. In 2009 and ‘10, he combined for three wins and 10 podium finishes along with a career-best third-place finish in the 2009 series championship. His success led a full-time ride in the IZOD IndyCar Series with the single-car team of Conquest Racing in 2011. He moves over to Dragon Racing for the 2013 season after a limited schedule in 2012 for Andretti Autosport. Sebastian will be driving the No. 6 True Car Chevrolet in the IZOD IndyCar Series throughout the 2013 season.
