FORT WORTH, Texas (Feb. 13, 2013) - For the first time in Texas Motor Speedway's history, all fans are invited to come watch the Daytona 500 at "The Great American Speedway!" as the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season kicks off on Sunday, Feb. 24. Texas Motor Speedway will open the doors of The Speedway Club's Grand Ballroom overlooking the speedway where the room will feature two high-definition projector screens making it the most exciting place for fans to watch the Daytona 500 in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
In addition to watching the first race of the 2013 Sprint Cup season, fans can enjoy pace car rides, photo booth pictures, take part in the driver pool and the opportunity to win one of many Texas Motor Speedway door prizes given away throughout the event. A buffet lunch will be served for all in attendance.
The watch party kicks off at 10 a.m., with pace car rides available from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., all before the green flag drops for the Daytona 500 at 12 p.m.
