'NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS' PROMOTION GIVES FANS CHANCE TO MEET SUNDAY'S DAYTONA 500 CHAMP, WATCH DALLAS MAVERICKS GAME FROM LUXURY SUITE

FORT WORTH, Texas (Feb. 22, 2012) - Beginning today, Texas Motor Speedway is providing a unique "Night of Champions" promotion that will reward 18 fans with a meet-and-greet with the 2012 Daytona 500 champion as well as be entertained by the NBA World Champion Dallas Mavericks from a luxury suite.
 
Eighteen winners will receive two suite tickets to Tuesday evening's game between the Mavericks and New Jersey Nets that will include a special visit by Sunday's Daytona 500 winner in their suite at American Airlines Center.
 
The "Night of Champions" is a "watch-and-win" promotion with local media partners KXAS (NBC Channel 5), WFAA (ABC Channel 8), FOX Sports Southwest, KSCS (96.3 FM), KESN (103.3 FM ESPN Radio), KRLD-FM (105.3 FM The Fan), and KZPS (Lone Star 92.5 FM). Fans can tune in to any of the media partners for details on how to win the tickets. No purchase is necessary.
 
Texas Motor Speedway also plans to give away tickets at its two Daytona 500 watching parties Sunday - the invitation-only affair at The Speedway Club and the public event at The Fan Sports Lounge in Dallas' Victory Park. On the social media front, tickets will be up for grabs through Twitter via Texas Motor Speedway (@TXMotorSpeedway) and the Twitter account of the Daytona 500 winner (if applicable). Texas Motor Speedway also will reward its valued season ticket holders by giving away a pair to that select group through a contest on www.texasmotorspeedway.com.
 
The Daytona 500 champion will be visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth market as part of NASCAR's Victory Tour that will target major markets - Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco are the others - that play host to Sprint Cup Series events as well as ESPN in Bristol, Conn. This will mark the first time the Daytona 500 champion has visited the DFW market as part of this tour.
 
To see which Sprint Cup Series star will be visiting as part of this promotion, tune into Sunday's Daytona 500 beginning at Noon CT on FOX (TV) and MRN (Radio) nationally. Locally, the season-opening NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Daytona International Speedway will be broadcast on KDFW (FOX Channel 4) and KRLD-FM, the official broadcast partner of Texas Motor Speedway.
 
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series visits Dallas/Fort Worth for the seventh race of the season - the Samsung Mobile 500 on Saturday, April 14, at Texas Motor Speedway. Tickets are available by visiting www.texasmotorspeedway.com or by calling the ticket office at (817) 215-8500.
