Gossage To Have Own Blog As Part Of New ESPNDallas.com Motorsports Page That Debuts Today

FORT WORTH, Texas (February 8, 2010) – Texas Motor Speedway President Eddie Gossage will officially join the blogosphere today as ESPNDallas.com will unveil a new landing page dedicated to the world-class motorsports facility that annually plays host to NASCAR and the IndyCar Series.
Gossage will share his opinions on hot topics and breaking news in the motorsports world with his own blog that is located on the motorsports landing page as well as under the “Blogs & Columns” tab on the ESPNDallas.com home page. Texas Motor Speedway also will have its own entry under the “Teams” tab on the home page to give racing fans easy access to the motorsports page.
“I am looking forward to having a place to share my thoughts and observations about our sport with our fans,” Gossage said. “I think I know pretty much everyone in American motorsports today as a result of my 31 years in the business and this will give me a chance to share some of that insight with the fans. It should be fun, and I hope folks in the industry don’t get too upset with me if I poke them occasionally. … because I will.”

Ben & Skin, featured talent on KESN-103.3 FM – ESPN Dallas, will be part of the fantasy challenge for fans that crowns weekly winners as well as a season champion. Prizes will be awarded throughout the season and the overall champion will earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2011 Daytona 500.
