Team Texas is the NASCAR Sprint Cup Driving School that operates
year-round at the Texas Motor Speedway. Team Texas is the only Stock
Car Driving School in the country that uses the real Sprint Cup Race
Cars and the current NASCAR Chevrolet SB2 racing engines from ECR
Engines (Earnhardt Childress Racing).
Team Texas offers the most aggressive programs in the country for
riding and driving. Driving programs are offered from 10 to 80 laps and
also private one-on-one advanced sessions for the ultimate experience.
We put 10 students on the track at a time and faster students are
allowed to pass the slower students. Students reach speeds of more than
150 miles per hour in the advanced sessions. This experience provides
the ultimate NASCAR fan the chance to be in the driver's seat at The Great American Speedway!™
Team Texas offers the most aggressive Riding Programs in the
country. Our 4 lap Ride of a Lifetime Riding Program is performed in a
pack of cars that draft and pass each other. Super Ride Programs are
only available by Team Texas at Texas Motor Speedway! This is by far
the most aggressive Riding Experience in the country. Our 4 and 10 lap
Super Rides will have you riding in the passenger side with a
professional driver, passing students all over the track during their
10-lap driving session. This experience is available in a 2009 Sprint
Cup COT Chevrolet from Richard Childress Racing!
