Fundraising Through Ticket Scanning at Texas Motor Speedway
Texas Motor Speedway is looking for Not-For-Profit Groups to scan tickets at the ticket gates during major events. The age requirement to work in this position is 16 years of age, and your group must be made up of at least 10 people, including an adult supervisor.

Fundraising as an Usher at Texas Motor Speedway
Texas Motor Speedway is looking for those not-for-profit groups who will provide a friendly smile, positive attitude and willingness to help with fan’s questions about the facility and the events. Ushers are the ambassadors to the fans. As an usher, the main duty is to assist fans with finding their seats and make sure they are enjoying the race.

Fundraising through Levy Restaurants Concessions at Texas Motor Speedway
Have you heard... There is money to be earned here at Texas Motor Speedway!
It is our pleasure to announce an increase in earning potential for each non profit group. We have increased our pay percentage to 12% for permanent locations and 10% for portable locations. These percentages are based off of the appropriate insurance certificate being provided. This means more money going into the hands of our Not For Profit Organizations and community. Bonus incentives are also available for even more revenue potential.

Speedway Children's Charities
Speedway Children's Charities, Texas Chapter is proud to grant much-needed funds to area children's charities. Our giving focus is to assist qualified children's charities in the four county area surrounding Texas Motor Speedway, including Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant counties. Qualified charities must be a 501 © (3) organization and directly cater to the needs of children.
We encourage qualified children's charities to apply for the Speedway Children's Charities grant. The application can be found on the Speedway Children's Charities website at www.scctexas.org. If you have any questions, please call (817) 215-8421.
The grants are distributed each year in late November.
