Fan Relations Ticket Agent - Fan Relations Ticket Agent- Texas Motor Speedway (Fort Worth, TX)

The Fan Relations Department offers hands on experience in ticket sales and customer relations. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with customers and visitors to Texas Motor Speedway. Applicants are expected to become part of the team fulfilling orders, providing customer service and problem solving; and must be flexible and willing to work with other departments.This department sells tickets daily for all Texas Motor Speedway, Dirt Track events. Applicants will assist in mass mailings and help maintain a master database of fans by updating information as needed. Applicants need to be flexible and willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.Aside from working daily with our customers on the phone, applicants will be expected to assist other ticketing departments (Sales and Retention, Ticket Sales, and Credentials) with multiple events held on and off the track. Applicants are expected to work all the race events held during the year.
