Samsung Mobile 500 Weekend
April 15 - 18, 2010
The Samsung Mobile 500 Weekend features both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series at Texas Motor Speedway. Festivities begin on Thursday, April 15 with The Dallas Morning News Qualifying Day for the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards followed by the event exclusively for season ticket holders, Aaron’s Fandango. Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series stars hit the track on Friday, April 16 for The Dallas Morning News Qualifying Day as well as the Rattlesnake 150 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards race. The racing heats up as Nationwide Series drivers compete in the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 on Saturday. The weekend culminates on Sunday with the Samsung Mobile 500 – the seventh race of the 36-event season and the first of two Cup races at Texas Motor Speedway. Texas 550k Weekend
June 3 - 5, 2010
Texas Motor Speedway’s June event, the Texas 550k Weekend, consists of Indy Racing League IZOD IndyCar Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition. The Camping World Truck Series kicks off the weekend with qualifying on Thursday, June 3. Friday’s activities include Qualifying for the IZOD IndyCar Series, followed by the WinStar World Casino 400k – the first of two stops for the Camping World Truck Series at Texas Motor Speedway. The weekend concludes with “America’s Original Nighttime IndyCar Race,” the Texas 550k, which will mark the 21st IZOD IndyCar Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. Lone Star 500 Weekend

NASCAR racing returns in November for a triple header weekend at Texas Motor Speedway which leads up to the eighth race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the Lone Star 500. The weekend kicks off with 7-Eleven Qualifying for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Thursday, Nov. 4. The NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series 7-Eleven Qualifying takes place on Friday, Nov. 5 as well as the action-packed Camping World Truck Series Longhorn 350k. The weekend continues with the Nationwide Series O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge on Saturday and the Lone Star 500 on Sunday - one of the most pivotal races in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Individual Tickets for the 2010 Lone Star 500 weekend will go on sale April 28, 2010.

Dirt Track Events
The Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track is a .4-mile clay oval with six degree banking on the straightaways and nine degrees in the turns. The 11,004-seat dirt track features amenities such as private suites and a tunnel to the infield for competitors. The dirt track hosts a wide array of events throughout the year including the Texas World Dirt Track Championship annually in February or March.
