Texas Motor Speedway 2009 Fan Choice Award

This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Texas Motor Speedway. The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm March 28, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. You may enter the sweepstakes by completely filling out the information required on the contest entry page located at www.texasmotorspeedway.com.

• How To Enter

  In order to enter, each participant must completely fill out the information required on the contest entry page located at www.texasmotorspeedway.com . Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right to verify that the Winner is qualified and entitled to receive a prize. The Winner will be required to provide a valid picture ID, complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, W-9, and Liability/Publicity Release or his/her prize will be forfeited. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner's name, likeness, biographical information, photographs and any statements or remarks made about winning the prize or participating in the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purpose without additional compensation.

• Drawing

  Random prize drawing will be conducted on or around March 29, 2010. Participants need not be present to win. The Winner will be notified by phone or email within two (2) days of the drawing. Winner has 5 days to claim their prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Results of this sweepstakes can be obtained by Sending a self addressed stamped envelope to Texas Motor Speedway 2009 Fan Choice Award Winner, P.O. Box 500, Fort Worth, TX 76101.

• Prize

  One Grand Prize winner will be awarded the opportunity to present “The 2009 Fan Choice” award at the Texas Motorsports Hall of Fame induction ceremony on April 16, 2010. In addition, the Winner will receive admission for four (4) at the banquet including food and non-alcoholic beverage service. Winner will also receive four (4) Victory Lane Club tickets and one (1) VIP Parking Pass to the NASCAR Nationwide Series O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 on April 17th 2010. Four (4) Victory Lane Club tickets and one (1) VIP Parking Pass to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Samsung Mobile 500 on April 18th, 2010, four (4) VIP Pit Passes for the Samsung Mobile 500 race weekend and four (4) VIP Pre-Race show passes to the Peter Frampton concert scheduled for April 18, 2010. Approximate retail value is $4,296.00.

• Eligibility

  Void in California, Tennessee, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Buying Will Not Help You Win. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes. In this contest, there are no purchases. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA, 18 years or older. Employees of Texas Motor Speedway, their represented clients, affiliates, manufacturers, sales reps, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, judging organization and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Entry materials become the property of Texas Motor Speedway and will not be acknowledged or returned. Texas Motor Speedway is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected Entry Forms or unsuccessful attempts to notify the winners.

• Conditions

  All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Income and other taxes (if any) and all other costs and expenses in connection with any winner’s receipt and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Texas Motor Speedway is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by participants in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes. By submitting an electronic entry, each participant agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, and the decisions of Texas Motor Speedway with respect to the Sweepstakes, which are final. Each participant further agrees that Texas Motor Speedway may share all information collected through the Sweepstakes with subsidiaries, affiliates, and third parties providing services on its behalf, sponsors of certain promotions or partner companies as otherwise permitted by Texas Motor Speedway’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at: www.texasmotorspeedway.com. Each participant agrees to release and hold Texas Motor Speedway, represented clients, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and its subsidiaries, parent companies or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and/or liabilities arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting from accepting or claiming of any prize awarded hereunder. The Sweepstakes may be terminated at Texas Motor Speedway’s sole discretion at any time. All data collected during the Sweepstakes period remain the property of Texas Motor Speedway and may be used by other marketing concerns to solicit goods and services in connection with Texas Motor Speedway’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at: www.texasmotorspeedway.com. Texas Motor Speedway is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any website or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If Texas Motor Speedway determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Texas Motor Speedway which (in the sole discretion of Texas Motor Speedway) corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations Rules.

• Rule Changes

  Texas Motor Speedway reserves the right and privilege to alter or change any and all rules, qualifications and regulations pertaining to this sweepstakes at its sole discretion without prior notice to participants. Any such alteration of such rules, qualifications or regulations shall be made available on Texas Motor Speedway’s website, located at: www.texasmotorspeedway.com.
