Here are detailed instructions on submitting a request to purchase a 2008 Texas Motor Speedway Infield Camping Space. Please note all infield spaces which become available will be distributed through this drawing. Customers who have been on the waiting list in the past must submit a request following the directions below.
  • Entries must be submitted and post-marked no earlier than November 1, 2007 and no later than December 31, 2007.
  • Entry Forms may be picked up at the Texas Motor Speedway Ticket Office, but no drop off applications will be accepted.
  • Only one space will be allotted per chosen entry.
  • Only one entry per household will be accepted.

Only No. 10 envelopes will be considered, and only a copy of the request form should be enclosed in the envelope (if paying by check a personal check included in the letter is acceptable). Failure to use a No. 10 envelope and any other entry form will void your entry.

You must write your first and last name and return mailing address in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. If you have an email address, please include it directly below your mailing address.

You must write the type of space you want below your return address on the envelope and circle it.

All information on the entry form must be completed. The mailing address on the entry form must match the return address on the envelope.

Your valid credit card number and expiration date must be included. Only VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express will be accepted. CREDIT CARDS MUST BE VALID AND APPROVED FOR PAYMENT OR ENTRY WILL BE VOID.

If you wish to pay by personal check, you must submit a check for the amount of the space plus $12 shipping and handling. NO CASHIER’S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CASH SHOULD BE SENT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. After available spaces are sold out all orders not drawn will not be opened and will be shredded.

If your entry is selected, your credit card will be charged or personal check will be deposited. Once payment has been approved customers will be notified to select their space from available inventory. Selected customers must accept a space from available inventory and no refunds will be given due to location of spaces.

Once a customer becomes an Infield Camping Season Ticket Holder, that customer will have the option to renew that space as long as payments are made by the due date.
